G-TEAM REALTY GROUP founders form STAGING & DESIGN COMPANY to HELP SELLERS MAXIMIZE their PROFITS & Reduce Days on Market
HAYMARKET, Virginia – The founders of G-TEAM Realty Group have announced the creation of G-TEAM Staging & Design LLC, a new company to service current and future G-TEAM Sellers. The G-TEAM Realty Group for the last 7 years has been one of Western Prince William County’s Top Producing Real Estate Team’s in both units sold and sales volume.
John Grzejka, G-TEAM Realty Group’s Co-founder and Team Leader, said it’s a logical transition to move in this direction and the facts are very telling. “We’ve found that homes that we’ve provided design consultation in advance of listing along with those that leveraged our inventory of furniture and furnishing sold quicker and for top dollar.” Opening the Staging and Design arm to the business will not only help future G-TEAM Clients, but help me personally focus on developing new creative marketing videos, social media content, and generate more market exposure for our sellers.
G-TEAM Staging & Design has partnered with Remix Market in Warrenton for Storage and Junkluggers to provide the labor to help our clients declutter and load-in and load-out our furniture and furnishings that speak to the HGTV generation of buyers.
Laura Grzejka has always had a passion for the design and staging aspects of Real Estate and will serve as the firms lead. Laura tries to keep her approach to each client simple, “When I first meet a client and walk a new property I always like to establish what story we will be telling. Working with the homeowner and our local market expertise, we establish who the target buyer might be then I begin to envision how that person might live in that home. We, of course, consider the style of the home and look for ways to enhance its best features and also minimize any “flaws” – then we go about selecting the right furniture, art and accessories that will evoke an emotional response from potential buyers.”
